Biden-OSHA Mandates And American Freedom Hinge On A Not Very Supreme Court

Arguments were recently held at the US Supreme Court against the unconstitutional Biden OSHA enforced vaccine mandate.

Radical, politically motivated justices on the Supreme Court decided to make a case for the government by lying to the American people. The intellectual ineptitude shown by Justices Breyer, Sotomayor, and Kagan would be laughable if our freedom did not rely on their stupidity. Of course, it does not rest with SCOTUS to determine if you have the right to live and breathe according to the dictates of your conscience. But they will make it harder for you to do so.

Justice Breyer made the bogus statement that we have had “750 million new cases.” In a country with 330 million individuals, that is impossible because each case is attached to one and only one person. Even repeated infections do not result in more cases.

Maybe this is a result of senility in the upper echelons of government. Breyer, 83, is just following the lead of Joe Biden, 79, in pulling statistics out of thin air. Biden asserted that “millions” had died from COVID-19. At most, 839,000 have been killed with COVID-19. He went on to pontificate that 85,000 jobs were lost. One hundred fourteen million are out of work due to the pandemic lockdowns.

Justice Sotomayor, 67, attempted to fearmonger through oral arguments claiming that Omicron is as dangerous as Delta. Tony Fauci said all signs point to a minor seriousness variant of Omicron versus Delta. She stated that we have had more than 100,000 children die from COVID-19, many in severe condition and numerous kids on ventilators. It is a gross falsehood. Per the CDC, just 694 kids between the ages of 0-17 have died from COVID in the last two years. How many of them had severe underlying conditions and comorbidities? We will never know.

Sotomayor and Breyer are not just morons because they should know better, but liars and frauds. They are extremist, liberal judges who put their political agenda above truth and the Constitution even though they pledged to uphold the law.

OSHA has never ordered testing or vaccines before, and Justices Breyer, Sotomayor, and Kagan are transparently supporting this gross overreach of federal power in the lives of Americans.

Rather than lying, these politically motivated justices must defend the position that COVID-19 is exceptional. A genuinely effective vaccine mandate may protect the American population if it is a bioweapon. But the CDC changed the definition of a vaccine to accommodate the failures of this experimental gene therapy being rolled out by Big Pharma.

If the Biden-OSHA mandate is permitted, unvaccinated employees at privately owned businesses with 100 or more workers will be needed to test weekly for COVID and wear masks inside for a disease being spread by vaccinated people.

Kagan contended that the OSHA mandates would unequivocally boost immunization and tests cost between $100 to $200. But the OSHA commands are intended to force vaccination rather than boost inoculation and natural immunity, which are more effective than getting a shot of COVID-19 mRNA proteins. There is zero difference between the immunized and unvaccinated when it comes to symptoms and transmission of COVID-19. OSHA is commanding vaccinations without ordering antibody testing, which would prove that individuals have been inoculated and the population is reaching herd immunity, which used to be the stated goal of a vaccination program.

A large portion of the Omicron COVID-19 cases is in fully vaccinated individuals. All people are vulnerable to contracting and communicating COVID-19, including people who get the jab. Therefore to prevent transmission, everyone should be forced to test and wear masks. Or we stop the madness and get back to normal, dealing with a virus that most of us will get anyway.

Judges Breyer, Sotomayor, and Kagan are spreading lies and disinformation. They are ill-suited for the Supreme Court and should be removed immediately. Still, they will remain as a bulwark of insanity in the face of reasonable Americans living our lives.
