A new undercover video has revealed DHS Under Secretary for Policy Robert Silvers admitting to President Joe Biden’s cognitive decline. The footage, released by the O’Keefe Media Group, captures Silvers describing Biden’s mental struggles as worsening within 12 to 24 months of taking office.
Silvers described instances where Biden appeared disengaged during meetings, calling it “a blank.” While acknowledging Biden sometimes thinks clearly, Silvers admitted that his physical health has worsened more rapidly than his mental state.

Silvers also reflected on the emotional aftermath of Donald Trump’s 2024 victory over Kamala Harris, calling the loss a “crushing blow” to White House staff. “It was traumatic,” he said, suggesting the administration was paralyzed by the result.
On the border crisis, Silvers confirmed that illegal crossings surged early in Biden’s presidency, a challenge the administration has failed to control. “The border numbers spiked, really much higher,” he admitted.
