I can’t reconcile the brilliance and knowledge Jim Cramer has with the intricacies in the market, with the crazy bull**** I saw him do it in a recent segment of CNBC’s “Mad Money.”
The segments shared on Twitter features a Jim Cramer living up to the show’s name, proposing a terrifyingly MAD fascist medical regime in the United States.
As you read the transcript of his proposal and argument below, you might find yourself wondering if Cramer means what he’s saying or if he’s getting paid to play the fool?
If I were on the fence about the turn America has taken, this display would make me hope most fervently for a return to normalcy and moderation:
“Lord knows what happened if you didn’t partake, but back then, anyone who refused to get vaccinated would get ratted out immediately because we knew that person could hurt other people. The commonweal was a commonweal.”
Sounds like a pretty relaxed workplace culture at the CNBC studio.
“Now engaged in a similar struggle with Covid, Eisenhower would be shocked. We have immuno-compromised people who would be incubators for every variant to come, walking around lawfully unvaccinated. That’s psychotic.”
Oh, he was talking about something in the Ike administration. Eh, maybe he’d be dismayed that there is now a medical-industrial complex along with the other MIC he warned about.
“We have companies that have tried hard to get people vaccinated now backing down. We have governors who want to be president by grandstanding on a foolish state’s right issue, the right to get sick, to get other people sick.”
“It’s time to admit that we must wage war against Covid. Vaccination should be mandatory everywhere. Allow the military to run it. If you do not want to be vaccinated, you must be prepared to prove your status as a conscientious objector in court. Even then, you must contribute to the war effort by remaining at home until we finally defeat this thing.”
Is calling for the military to be brandished against the American civilian population to enforce a civil policy goal like cool?
I did not know that was cool to do on a major television news network’s show. Why would Jim Cramer sink so bizarrely low in his professional clownery?
