Joe Biden Getting Fact-Checked Is Like Tony Stewart Getting Caught Speeding

In case you missed it, Joe Biden participated in a town hall event on CNN. With a friendly host named Don Lemon and a welcoming audience, what could go wrong?

Besides the fact that the man currently occupying the Whitehouse has a hard time keeping his stories straight and that he is a human gaffe machine, he tends to lie and exaggerate all the time.

Now that CNN has claimed the mantle as the arbitrator of truth, they were forced to disprove many assertions that Biden made.

Biden claimed that the COVID-19 vaccination was highly productive, “If you’re vaccinated, you’re not going to be hospitalized, you’re not going to be in the ICU unit, and you’re not going to die.” One is left to wonder if he was aware of any of the data coming from Israel and The Netherlands.

It is the same Joe Biden who stated that “If and when the vaccine comes, it’s not likely to go through all the tests that need to be done, and the trials that are needed to be done.” He also pretended that, “when we finally do, God willing, get a vaccine, who’s going to take the shot? Who’s going to take the shot? Are you going to be the first one to say, put me, sign me up, they now say it’s OK? I’m not facetious.”

But now on CNN, President Joe Biden said that if you get the vaccine, you are “not likely to get sick, you’re not going to get COVID if you have these vaccinations.” Where are the clips of Sleepy Joe praising President Donald Trump for his efforts on operation Warp Speed? What isn’t mentioned is that neither Trump nor Biden are doctors or biochemical engineers. For political reasons, both have advocated in favor of the vaccine, and both should realize that individuals and parents have the right to accept or decline a dosage of the vaccine.

Biden went on demonstrating his keen mind for numbers, “Now, by the way, remember when I first got elected the issue was, well, I said I was going to do a million shots a week, and people said, ‘Biden can’t do that, or ‘Biden team can’t do that.’ And it was 2 million.”

A million shots per week would require years for the needed population of the United States to become inoculated from the COVID-19 virus. Biden initially was told that he could get a million vaccinations per day, which was more realistic. According to CNN, 200 million vaccinations have been delivered within the first 100 days since his inauguration. They wanted people to know that the Democrats are more successful than Joe is aware of when it comes to causing mass vaccinations.

When was the last time Joe Biden bought a car? Seriously, what does he know about the price of vehicles in Dallas or the price of beans in China? He is utterly clueless about the inflation that he is causing, and he said, “The cost of an automobile, it’s kind of back to what it was before the pandemic.”

Prices of used and new automobiles have increased in 2021. Biden is president. Presumably, he has the power to incentivize businesses and stimulate economic expansion. But he’s more concerned about Climate Change boondoggles and social engineering included in his infrastructure plan.

Joe Biden should be praised for the proposal he read on the teleprompter to eliminate anti-competitive non-compete agreements. Truthfully, these should be reformed and significantly narrowed to specific instances. These are primarily one-sided contracts that disproportionately hurt individual Americans and benefit corporations. But he should maintain intellectual property protection and increase the prosecution of criminals who violate trade secrets.

One must wonder how much time Biden spent drafting his proposal, “You have over 600,000 people out there signing 6 million people signing. I better check the number.” We are still waiting. But CNN came to the rescue, “Circle Back” Jen Psaki said over 30 million, and later, the Whitehouse website reported that between 36 to 60 million people are affected by non-compete agreements.
