Luna Says NBC Holding Back JFK Video That Could Change History

Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) is calling for NBC to release a hidden video that she says could alter the official understanding of the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. The Florida lawmaker made the statement during an interview on Fox News, revealing that the House Oversight Committee is taking steps to request the footage directly from the network.

Luna said the video has never been shown to the public and was described in detail by filmmaker Oliver Stone. According to Stone, the tape shows Lee Harvey Oswald near the presidential car during the shooting in Dallas — a position that would raise serious questions about the long-standing claim that Oswald fired from above.

The committee’s request comes just days before its first public hearing since the release of thousands of classified Kennedy assassination records under President Donald Trump.

Trump had signed an executive order directing Attorney General Pam Bondi and Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard to carry out the declassification process.

Stone, known for his 1991 film “JFK,” told the committee that the tape he saw was a secondary copy and that it had been kept out of public view for decades. He reportedly said the footage could disrupt the official account that has been accepted for over 60 years.

Luna said NBC has kept the tape under wraps and described it as critical to uncovering the truth. She urged the public to pressure the network to hand over the video so the American people could decide for themselves what it shows.

In addition to the tape, Luna mentioned two specific documents the committee is pursuing. One of them, highlighted by journalist Jefferson Morley, states that the CIA never fully accepted the lone gunman theory — a central claim of the Warren Commission.

The hearing, set for April 1, will feature testimony from both Stone and Morley. Luna praised President Trump and former CIA Director John Ratcliffe for supporting the full release of the records.
