Sen. Durbin’s Daughter Linked To Coordinated Anti-Trump Protests

Independent journalist Laura Loomer has released new evidence suggesting that protests against President Donald Trump’s judicial nominees may be carefully scripted efforts rather than genuine grassroots movements. At the center of the controversy is Sen. Dick Durbin’s daughter, Jen Durbin, who is accused of distributing pre-written activist scripts.

Documents posted by Loomer show that activists were given detailed instructions on what to say when contacting Republican senators. The scripts identify Sens. Bill Cassidy, Mitch McConnell, Lisa Murkowski, Todd Young, and Susan Collins as lawmakers who should be urged to oppose Trump’s nominees.

Adding to the controversy, Jen Durbin, who owns a production studio in Brooklyn, appears to have played a direct role in managing the messaging effort. A section of the leaked documents explicitly states, “HERE IS YOUR SCRIPT!”—suggesting that demonstrators were being coached rather than expressing independent concerns.

One of the most unexpected details in the script is an instruction calling for the arrest of Elon Musk. This directive highlights the broader scope of the messaging operation, showing that it extends beyond judicial confirmations into other political fights.

The Senate Judiciary Committee, where Sen. Durbin plays a senior role, has overseen key judicial confirmation battles. The revelation of these activist scripts raises concerns about the extent of Democrat-led efforts to shape public perception.

Neither Sen. Durbin nor his daughter has publicly addressed the growing controversy.
