Tom Homan, the border czar under President Donald Trump, stated that the administration’s approach to immigration enforcement will include the deportation of all illegal immigrants, with no exceptions.
Speaking on Fox News, Homan, who previously served as the acting director of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), made it clear that under Trump’s leadership, the U.S. will enforce immigration laws to the fullest extent.
Homan’s comments came as a response to Democrat-run sanctuary cities that shield illegal immigrants from federal authorities. He argued that these policies are dangerous and only serve to protect criminals, putting communities at risk. Homan posed the question, “What politician, whether you’re a mayor or governor, is saying, ‘No, I want public safety threats to remain in my community?’” in his criticism of such sanctuary policies.

The former ICE official also warned that amnesty would be disastrous for U.S. immigration control, saying that such measures would only encourage more illegal immigration.
“If you don’t have consequences, they’re going to keep coming,” Homan said. He argued that offering amnesty would signal that there are no repercussions for illegal entry into the country, thus exacerbating the border crisis.
When Tom Homan starts rounding up illegals, there will be a mass exodus to the sanctuary cities to escape deportation. See how they like that.

Homan emphasized that every illegal immigrant who crosses the U.S. border is committing a crime. He stated that under the Trump administration, those who have been ordered to leave the country will be deported. “Every illegal alien that crossed that border committed a crime,” he said, reinforcing the administration’s position on enforcing immigration laws.
