Trump’s DOGE Seals Off USAID Headquarters As Deep State Bureaucrats Lose Access

The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) has been locked down as President Donald Trump’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), led by Elon Musk, shut off its internal systems and froze its funding. The agency’s leadership, long accused of pushing globalist agendas, has been cut off entirely, with its headquarters now sealed from entry.

DOGE officials quickly secured control over USAID’s financial systems, cutting off access to classified data and placing top security officials on leave after they attempted to block the takeover. More than 600 employees lost access to their work accounts overnight, and those still inside were told to leave. By morning, the entrance was blocked off with police tape, marking a decisive victory for Trump’s crackdown on Deep State corruption.

Musk confirmed that Trump had reviewed the agency’s financial dealings and agreed USAID should be shut down. The White House issued a statement blasting its history of reckless spending, pointing to taxpayer funds being directed toward DEI programs, LGBTQ outreach, and left-wing initiatives overseas. Officials argue the agency has been operating without oversight for far too long.

Investigations have also uncovered USAID’s connections to Burisma, the Ukrainian energy company linked to Hunter Biden, as well as indirect funding for legal efforts aimed at taking down Trump. Reports suggest that only a fraction of USAID’s massive budget actually reaches aid programs, while the rest is lost in bureaucracy.

Democratic lawmakers have launched legal challenges, accusing DOGE of unlawfully accessing financial and personnel records. Senate Democrats have pressed Secretary of State Marco Rubio for answers, questioning how DOGE operatives were able to bypass USAID security and take over the agency so rapidly.

With USAID’s systems offline and its leadership blocked from access, the agency’s future is uncertain. Reports indicate it may be folded into the State Department, stripping it of independent power. As DOGE continues its purge of Washington’s bureaucratic strongholds, the Deep State’s control over taxpayer money appears to be slipping away.
