Maddow Claims Second Trump Term Means No More Elections

MSNBC host Rachel Maddow is known for pushing insane conspiracy theories about former President Donald Trump and conservatives — and her latest claim is that there will not be another election if Trump wins in 2024.

Maddow made this shocking claim during a Wednesday appearance on ABC’s daytime talk show “The View.”

“If you listen to what Trump is saying, you don’t sort of regard him as a spectacle, but listen to what he’s saying, he’s basically portraying a future for America, if he is put back in the White House, in which we don’t have another election after that,” she falsely claimed. “Because ‘the elections are all rigged.’ That the democratic process can’t be trusted — that Congress should just work for him. The Justice Department should just work for him. That’s a strong man form of government.”

Maddow wasn’t done with her insane accusations against Trump — as she went on to claim that the Republican presidential frontrunner wanted to “execute” her TV network.

“He wants to put MSNBC on trial for treason so he can execute us,” she claimed.

“You’ve had a lot of senators and governors and members of Congress who have gone to prison,” Maddow added. “It has happened. It doesn’t hurt us as a democracy, but people at the very top tend to bring a lot of political pressure to bear on the justice system to let them off.”

“So I worry about it, but I also feel like I want to know more about our history of this, so I understand better our capability for dealing with something that’s put this much stress on our system. Don’t put criminals in high office,” she concluded.

This isn’t the first time that Maddow claimed Trump would somehow suspend U.S. elections after retaking the White House — as she previously asserted that he would be “president for life.”

Maddow has a long history of insane conspiracy theories, which were so bad that prominent leftist journalist Aaron Maté compiled a list of them in a thread on social media — including claims that Russia was planning to kill Americans by knocking out the heat in winter.

She also claimed that Russian President Vladimir Putin had installed Trump’s Secretary of State, Rex Tillerson.

Maddow even tried to claim that there were “Russians” at Trump’s 2017 inauguration — using a video that a Russian couple took at the event to push the conspiracy theory.
